MEN'S MUSIC JAM: Playing with Improvisation

This is a time for all kinds of men to gather to share great (vegetarian) food & great collectively-created, improvised music. Even if you've never made music with a group of men, you can discover your innate creativity, rhythm, and love of music you help create. All of us are connected to rhythms through our heat beat, our breath, and all the flows of our bodies. Rhythm can have profound effects on us; it can slow our heartbeat, calm our respiration, and cause all of the cells of our bodies to vibrate in unison with all the cells of everyone else who hears that flowing sound. When we make music together, it connects us in unique ways. Co-Facilitated by Marvin Moore & Eric Zimmerman.
MEN’S CONTACT IMPROV & Motion Massage

Contact Improv is an amazing moving meditation that focuses on the point of contact between two people. It looks like a combination of dance (movement), improvisation, meditation, & playful/healing touch. And it’s more than its parts. Motion Massage extends the awareness developed in Contact Improv into a highly intuitive massage form that uses the movement of the whole body to bring about healing, opening, and a nurturing flow. Co-facilitated by Felix Roth, LMT; Jeff Kerr, Daniel Flynn, & Bart Church.
